1997
Nasimova Khurshida Mahmudovna, her husband Shukurlayev Daler Muzaffarovich, and son Dilshod Dalerovich opened one of Samarkand's first private medical centers named after Khurshida Nasimova.
2010
ZARMED Diagnostic Centers established in Samarkand; SOFMED opened in Bukhara.
2015
NURMED established in Karshi; centers later merged under unified ZARMED brand.
2021
ZARMED PRATIKSHA Clinic established in collaboration with India's Pratiksha Clinic (April 10).
2022
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited ZARMED PRATIKSHA Clinic and proposed a medical cluster (April). ZARMED University officially founded in Bukhara (December 7).
2024
Samarkand campus opened September 7.
The University holds a license from the State Inspection for Education Quality under the Cabinet of Ministers (August 6, 2022, No. 034355) for higher education services. The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation granted permission for new programs (License No. 377909, August 30, 2024).
