Zarmed University informs all full-time students about the start of summer semester classes aimed at eliminating academic debt. According to the university director's order dated June 11, 2026 , the process of retaking unearned credits and filling knowledge gaps will take place in July of this year.
Important Dates and Tuition Fee
• Summer semester duration: The period is set from July 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026.
• Class schedules (for semesters 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9): Will be formed from July 1 to July 15, 2026.
• Class schedules (for semesters 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10): Will be formed from July 16 to July 31, 2026.
• Tuition fee: The cost of 1 (one) credit for full-time educational directions is set at 100,000 (one hundred thousand) UZS.
Procedure for Participation
• Students must independently identify and monitor their unearned credits through the "Performance" section of the HEMIS system (https://my.hemis.uz/).
• Before the summer semester classes begin, the student must submit a written application addressed to the institute director through their assigned advisor.
• The acceptance of applications stops 3 days before the start of the summer classes.
• The student must make the contract payment within 10 working days from the date it is signed by the director.
• A minimum of 10 students who have made the payment is required to form a group for a specific subject.
• If the number of paying students is less than 10, classes may be organized in a distance (online) format at the university's initiative.
Exam Rules and GPA Requirements
• Final control exams for the summer semester are held only in a traditional (offline) format in designated classrooms or computer labs.
• Taking exams outside the classroom or in a distance (online) format is strictly prohibited, and violators may face disciplinary actions, up to expulsion from the university.
• In case of receiving an "unsatisfactory" grade (0-59.9 points) on the final exam, a retake is not allowed, and paid classes will be organized for the student to retake the subject in the next academic year.
• At Zarmed University, the minimum passing GPA for transferring from one course level to the next is 2.6.
• If a student fails the summer semester final exams and their annual GPA is below 2.6, they will be left in their current course to repeat the studies.
All students with academic debts are strongly advised to make effective use of this opportunity and adhere to the established rules and deadlines.
